www.themovieblog.com/ - a bit America-centric in content for my British tastes, but full of opinion-dividing 'Top 20' and '10 Best' posts
http://www.guardian.co.uk/film - nicely-written, enthusiastic and full of wildly funny blogging
http://brightlightsfilm.blogspot.com/ - in its own words, a "hybrid of movie analysis, history, commentary, and bitchery".  Again, release reviews are strictly based around US dates, so foreign visitors will likely have not seen the films in question
http://blog.spout.com/ - often irreverent blogs on recent movie news.  Top 10 Cannibal movies a personal favourite
